이 책 <한민족의 비밀과 사명>은 저자인 김무근 씨가 2004년에서 2005년 사이에 우주의 하나님으로부터 받은 23번 이상의 가르침과 메시지를 기록한 내용으로 되어있다.

This book, <The Secrets and Mission of the Korean People>, consists of records of more than 23 teachings and messages that the author, Mugeun Kim, received from the God of the Universe between 2004 and 2005.

"육신을 살리는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 영혼을 살려야 하는 것이 중요하느니라."
"It is not the preservation of the flesh that is paramount, but the salvation of the soul."

"이 세상에 많은 죄가 있으나 형제가 형제를 죽이는 죄보다 더 큰 죄가 없느니라."
"Of the many sins in this world, there is no transgression greater than that of a brother slaying his brother."

"기이하고도 기이하도다. 너희들의 조상령들이 악과 싸우다가 배도하였거늘, 어찌하여 나를 경축하고 내게 지극한 마음으로 제사를 지내던 개천절(10월 3일)이 아직도 남아 있는 것이냐? 이 날은 원래 너희 한민족이 나에게 제사를 지내던 지극히 존귀한 날이었느니라. 이 날을 너희들은 나에게 제사를 드리고 나를 경축하는 날로 삼으라."
"Wondrous and mysterious indeed. Although your ancestral spirits fell away and betrayed Me while battling evil, how is it that Gaecheonjeol (October 3rd), the day you once celebrated Me and offered sincere sacrifices, still remains? Originally, this was a most sacred day when you, the Korean people, offered sacrifices unto Me. Henceforth, observe this day as one to worship and celebrate Me."

"나는 너희나라 대한민국을 통해 이 지구별에서 만고에 다시없는 지상천국, 즉 지상낙원을 건설할 것이니라."
"Through your nation, the Republic of Korea, I shall establish a Kingdom of Heaven upon Earth—a terrestrial paradise, the likes of which shall never be seen again throughout all eternity."

"나는 사랑이니라. 나는 그것도 끝없는 사랑이니라. 내게로 오는 길은 오직 자신의 내면에 존재하는 무한한 사랑을 깨닫는 길뿐이로다. 너희들은 일단 자신의 내면에 존재하고 있는 무한한 사랑을 깨달으면 다시는 윤회전생(輪回轉生)하지 않느니라. 그리고 그러한 존재들은 더욱더 상위의 세계로 가서 더욱더 고차원적인 진리를 배우게 되느니라. 그러므로 너희는 사랑을 사랑하라. 누구나 사랑을 사랑하는 자는 그가 내 안에 있으며, 내가 그 안에 있는 것이다. 너희 지구인들은 사랑의 중요성만 알면 그것으로 공부가 끝이니라. 그런 존재는 이 지구상에서 더 이상 배워야 할 것이 없느니라."
"I am Love. I am Love without end. The only path that leads to Me is the realization of the infinite love that dwells within your inner self. Once you awaken to that infinite love within, you shall no longer be bound to the cycle of Saṃsāra (reincarnation). Such beings shall ascend to higher realms to learn truths of an even more exalted dimension. Therefore, love Love itself. Whosoever loves Love abides in Me, and I in them. For you inhabitants of Earth, once you grasp the true significance of Love, your spiritual schooling is complete. Such a soul has nothing more to learn upon this Earth."

"네가 최고 차원의 삼매(三昧)에 들면, 나와 상념의 교류를 할 수가 있게 될 것이다. 그때에 너는 온 우주의 모든 비밀들을 다 알수도 있고, 다 깨달을 수가 있느니라."
"When you enter the highest state of Samadhi, you shall be able to commune with My thoughts. In that moment, you may come to know and realize all the secrets of the entire universe."

"너의 마음이 바로 우주의 중심이니라. 이 우주에는 중심이 없느니라. 오직 영각자(靈覺者)의 마음만이 바로 우주의 중심이니라."
"Your mind is the very center of the universe. In truth, this universe has no center. Only the mind of the Spiritually Awakened One is the true center of the cosmos."

 "원래 개천절은 너희민족의 나라가 처음 창조되었음을 기리고, 나아가 너희 나라의 국운융성을 위해 나에게 제사를 지내는 날이었느니라. 그러나 일본인들이 이를 시기하고 질투하여 <개천절(開天節)>을 단순히 단군(檀君)이 나라를 연 것으로 조작하여 오늘에까지 이르고 있는 것이다. 그러나 진정한 개천절은 나를 섬기고 나에게 제사를 지내던 신령한 날이었느니라. 그리고 원래 한민족의 근원은 북두칠성(北斗七星)에 있느니라. 한민족은 북두칠성에서 도래하여 한민족의 뿌리가 되었던 것이다. 그리고 그들은 다른 민족과는 달리 참으로 평화를 사랑하는 존재들이었노라. 이는 너희 나라가 역사상 단 한 번도 타국을 침략한 일이 없는 것을 보아도 알 수 있는 것이다."
"Originally, Gaecheonjeol was a day to commemorate the creation of your nation and to offer sacrifices to Me for the prosperity of your national destiny. However, out of envy and jealousy, the Japanese manipulated the meaning of Gaecheonjeol, reducing it to merely the day Dangun founded the nation, a distortion that persists to this day. Yet, the true Gaecheonjeol was a divine day for serving and sacrificing to Me. Furthermore, the origin of the Korean people lies in the Big Dipper (Beokduchilseong). The Korean people descended from the Big Dipper to become the root of this race. Unlike other nations, they were beings who truly loved peace. This is evident in your history, for you have never once invaded another nation."

 

 

 

"진실로 큰 대통령은 그 용모나 지식에 있지 않고 그 마음에 있느니라. 그 마음이 나라를 지극히 사랑하면 이가 곧 큰 대통령이니라. 그러나 만약 위정자가 잘못되면 나라가 큰 혼란에 빠지고 국민들이 큰 피해를 입느니라."
"Verily, a truly great president is defined not by their appearance or knowledge, but by their heart. If that heart possesses an utmost love for the nation, that person is a great president. However, if those in power go astray, the nation falls into great chaos, and the people suffer immense harm."

"너희들은 '단군신화(檀君神話)'를 허구적으로 보는데, 단군신화는 결코 허구가 아니니라. 너희 나라의 단군신화는 북두칠성 계열의 별에서 살고 있던 너희 조상들이 지구별의 문명을 한 차원 더 높이 끌어올리기 위해서 나의 허락을 받아 지구별로 대대적으로 이주해 온 실제적인 사건이니라. 여기서 환인(桓因)이란 바로 나를 말하는 것이니라. 즉 '환인(桓因)'에서 '환'자는 본래 '하나'라는 뜻이며, '인(因)'은 '님'이라는 존칭이므로 결국 '환인(桓因)'이란 나 '하나님'을 의미하는 것이다. 그리고 환웅(桓雄)은 신선도(神仙道)를 극성으로 연마한 존재로서 그 깨달음이 부처(佛)의 경지에 가 있었느니라. 어느 날 그가, 즉 환웅이 고도로 발달된 텔레파시로 나에게 묻기를, 지구별에 가서 지구별의 문명을 한 차원 더 높이고 싶다는 뜻을 전해왔으므로 내가 이를 흔쾌히 허락해 주었느니라. 태백산 정상 신단수(神檀樹)는 바로 너희나라의 백두산을 말하는 것이다. 환웅은 거기로 강림해서 지금의 바이칼호 근처에까지 '환국(桓國)'이라는 광활한 대제국을 건설했느니라. 또한 환웅은 일종의 보살도(菩薩道)를 행하기 위해서 열두 연방 지파를 구성하여 온 지구로 파견함으로써 온 지구별의 문명의 시조가 되게 하였느니라."
"You regard the 'Dangun Myth' as a fiction, but it is by no means a fiction. The Dangun Myth of your nation is a factual event where your ancestors, who resided in the stars of the Big Dipper system, migrated extensively to Earth with My permission to elevate the earthly civilization to a higher dimension. Here, Hwanin (桓因) refers to Me. In the name 'Hwanin,' the character 'Hwan' originally means 'One,' and 'In' is an honorific title for 'Lord.' Thus, 'Hwanin' signifies Me, 'the One Lord (God).' Furthermore, Hwanung (桓雄) was a being who practiced the Way of the Immortals (Sinseondo) to its peak, reaching a level of enlightenment equivalent to that of a Buddha. One day, Hwanung conveyed to Me through highly developed telepathy his desire to go to Earth and raise its civilization to a higher dimension, and I gladly granted him permission. The Sindansu (Sacred Altar Tree) atop Taebaeksan refers to your Baekdusan Mountain. Hwanung descended there and established a vast empire called 'Hwanguk' (桓國), extending as far as the vicinity of present-day Lake Baikal. Moreover, to practice a form of Bodhisattva-way, Hwanung formed twelve federal tribes and dispatched them across the globe, making them the progenitors of civilization for the entire Earth."

"내가 장차 너희 나라에 일곱 기둥을 세우고 해외에 다섯 기둥을 세워 전 세계에 열두 기둥을 세우리라. 그리하여 각각의 기둥마다 의인 일만 이천(12,000) 명을 배출하여 전 세계를 통일시키리라. 그리고 그 연후 나는 너희 지구별에 전에도 없었고 앞으로도 없을 전무후무한 지상천국, 지상낙원, 지상극락 세상을 이룰 것이다. 그리하여 이 지상천국주의, 지상낙원주의, 지상극락주의를 '평화인류하나주의', 줄여서 '평화인류주의'라고 하느니라. 너희 나라에서 세워지는 일곱 기둥은 바로 이 '평화인류주의'의 이론적인 정립과 실천을 통해 전 세계로 뻗어나가게 하는 사명을 감당하기 위해서 세우는 것이니라."
"In the future, I shall establish seven pillars in your nation and five pillars abroad, totaling twelve pillars throughout the world. From each pillar, I will bring forth 12,000 righteous people to unify the whole world. Thereafter, I shall establish upon your Earth a terrestrial heaven, a terrestrial paradise, and a terrestrial Pure Land—the likes of which have never been seen before and shall never be seen again. This ideology of terrestrial heaven, paradise, and Pure Land shall be called 'Peaceful Humanity Oneness-ism,' or 'Peaceful Humanism' for short. The seven pillars established in your nation are set to fulfill the mission of spreading this 'Peaceful Humanism' across the world through its theoretical foundation and practice."

"이 우주에는 하나의 무서운 원리가 존재하노니, 그것은 바로 '사랑의 원리'이다. 누구든지 '사랑의 원리'를 배반하면 무서운 벌을 받게 되느니라. 그러나 반대로 '사랑의 원리'를 실천하면, 누구든지 그 뒤에 끝없는 창성이 기다리고 있느니라."
"There exists one formidable principle in this universe, and that is the 'Principle of Love.' Whoever betrays the 'Principle of Love' shall face a terrifying retribution. Conversely, whoever practices the 'Principle of Love,' endless prosperity awaits them."

"그런데 너희 나라의 자살률이 왜 이렇게 높은 것이냐? 삶이 아무리 어렵고 괴롭더라도 결코 자살하지 말라. 이것은 마치 배우는 것이 어렵다고 배움의 학교에서 도망가는 것과도 같은 것이로다. 이왕에 이 지구별에서 태어났으면 삶을 신성하게 살다가 떠나도록 하라. 낮이 있으면 밤도 있듯이, 인생에서 행복한 때도 있으면 불행한 때도 있는 것이다. 진리를 깨닫고 보면 행복도 배워야 할 교과서요, 불행도 배워야 할  교과서이니라. 진리가 꼭 경전에만 있다고 생각하지 말라. 삶 자체가 진리를 배우는 과정인 것이니라."
"Why is the suicide rate in your nation so high? No matter how difficult or painful life may be, never take your own life. This is akin to fleeing from a school of learning just because the lessons are difficult. Since you have been born onto this Earth, live your life sacredly before you depart. Just as there is night after day, there are times of unhappiness as there are times of happiness in life. When you realize the Truth, you will see that happiness is a textbook to learn from, and unhappiness is also a textbook to learn from. Do not think that Truth resides only in scriptures. Life itself is the process of learning the Truth."

"너희들이 자기의 마음속에 들어있는 온갖 불순한 것들을 몰아내고 마음이 지극히 지순지결(至純至潔)하게 되면 너희들이 바로 어린 신(神)임을 알게 될 것이다."
"When you drive out all the impurities within your hearts and your minds become supremely pure and stainless, you will realize that you yourselves are infant Gods."

 

 

"너희 나라가 무슨 좋은 물건을 만들어서 외국에 수출하는 것도 중요하지만, 너희 나라의 원래의 사명은 그런 것이 아니니라. 내가 너희 나라에게 내린 사명은 '평화 인류주의'를 정립하고 친히 '평화 인류주의'의 나라가 되어서 그 '평화 인류주의'를 타국에 수출하는 것이다. 너희 나라가 이 사명을 훌륭히 감당한다면, 나는 너희 나라의 모든 것이 전 세계에서 기준이 되게 하고 또 표준이 되게 하리라. 그리고 모든 길은 너희 나라로 통한다는 소리를 듣게 할 것이니라. 이로 인해 너희 나라는 순간의 나라에서 영원의 나라가 될 것이로다. 너희나라도 온 인류를 위해서 끝없이 무궁한 빛과 희망과 생명의 나라가 되어야 하느니라."
"While it is important for your nation to manufacture and export quality goods abroad, that is not your original mission. The mission I have bestowed upon your nation is to establish 'Peaceful Humanism,' to personally become a nation of 'Peaceful Humanism,' and then to export that very 'Peaceful Humanism' to other nations. If your nation carries out this mission with excellence, I shall make everything of yours the benchmark and the standard for the entire world. I will cause it to be said that 'all roads lead to your nation.' Through this, your nation shall transform from a nation of a moment into a nation of eternity. Your nation must become a land of infinite light, hope, and life for all of humanity."

"'하나님'에서 '하나'라는 뜻은 너희들 지구 주민들 모두가 내 앞에서 한 형제요, 한 자매라는 뜻이다. 그리고 이것이 바로 '한 사상'이니라."
"In the word 'Hananim' (God), the meaning of 'Hana' (One) signifies that all of you, the inhabitants of Earth, are one brothers and one sisters before Me. This, indeed, is the 'Han Thought' (the Philosophy of Oneness)."

"나는 장차 돈이 지배하는 세상 대신에 진리가 지배하는 세상을 이룰 것이니라. 또한 나는 장차 너희나라 대한민국에 일곱 기둥을 세울 것이다. 나는 그 중에서 한 명을 선택하여 그로 하여금 '자유 민주주의' 다음에 '평화 인류주의'를 선포하게 할 것이니라. 바로 너희 나라 대한민국이 전 세계에서 처음으로 '평화 인류주의'를 선포하는 나라가 될 것이다. 또한 너희들은 온 세계만방에, 즉 땅 끝까지 나의 신전을 지어 나의 이러한 '한 사상'을 가르쳐 다른 나라들도 이에 동참케 해야 하느니라. 그러기 위해서는 너희 나라가 영원히 인류에 의한, 인류를 위한, 인류의 나라가 되어야 할 것이다."
"In the future, I shall bring about a world governed by Truth instead of a world dominated by money. Furthermore, I shall establish seven pillars in your nation, the Republic of Korea. From among them, I will choose one and have him proclaim 'Peaceful Humanism' as the successor to 'Liberal Democracy.' Your nation, the Republic of Korea, will be the first in the world to proclaim 'Peaceful Humanism.' Moreover, you must build My temples unto the ends of the earth and teach this 'Han Thought' of Mine, so that other nations may join in this cause. To achieve this, your nation must eternally become a nation of the humanity, by the humanity, and for the humanity."

"''평화 인류주의'의 이론적인 정립과 실행이 끝없는 공덕이니라. 평화 인류주의'가 바로 '지상천국주의'이고, '지상낙원주의'이며, '지상극락주의'이니라."
"The theoretical foundation and the execution of 'Peaceful Humanism' are an endless merit. 'Peaceful Humanism' is indeed 'Terrestrial Heaven-ism,' 'Terrestrial Paradise-ism,' and 'Terrestrial Pure Land-ism.'"

"명심하라. 나는 사랑이요, 그것도 끝없는 사랑이며, 무궁한 사랑이요, 영원한 사랑이니라. 이 우주는 사랑이라는 가없는 바다에 떠있는 하나의 섬에 불과 하느니라. 그러므로 너희들이 진리를 깨닫고 보면, 이 우주는 어디에 가도 없고 오직 끝없는 사랑의 바다를 보게 될 것이다. 즉 이 우주는 나의 끝없는 사랑에 의해서 창조가 되었느니라. 그렇기에 사랑을 모르는 자들은 이 우주를 알 수도 없고 이해할 수도 없느니라. 오직 가없는 사랑을 깨달은 자가 이 우주를 알고 이해하느니라."
"Keep this in mind: I am Love—boundless love, infinite love, and eternal love. This universe is but a single island floating upon a vast, shoreless ocean of Love. Therefore, once you realize the Truth, you will see that the universe is nowhere to be found, and you will behold only an endless ocean of Love. That is to say, this universe was created by My infinite Love. Thus, those who do not know Love can neither know nor understand this universe. Only those who have awakened to the shoreless Love can truly know and understand this universe."

 

"어릴 때부터 진리로 사람을 가르치면 그 사람은 나중에 대성인이 될 것이요, 어릴 때부터 지식으로만 사람을 가르치면 그 사람은 나중에 지극히 이기적인 사람이 될 것이다."
"If you teach a person with Truth from childhood, that person will become a great sage; but if you teach a person only with knowledge from childhood, that person will become an utterly selfish being."

"아무리 운명을 타고 났어도  '노력'  앞에서는 무용지물(無用之物) 이니라. 따라서 미래는 정해져 있는 것이 아니라 '노력'에 의해 만들어지는 것이로다. 하늘은 스스로 노력하는 자를 돕느니라. 그러므로 너희들은 '노력'을 생명으로 알라. 아무리 타고난 그릇이 크더라도 노력하지 않으면 대인(大人)이 될 수가 없고, 아무리 타고난 그릇이 작더라도 노력하면 대인(大人)이 될 수가 있는 것이다. 이 우주도 나의 끝없는 고행, 즉 나의 끝없는 '노력'에 의해서 창조가 되었느니라."
"No matter what destiny one is born with, it is rendered useless in the face of 'effort.' Therefore, the future is not predetermined but is forged through 'effort.' Heaven helps those who help themselves. Thus, regard 'effort' as your very life. No matter how large one's innate vessel may be, without effort, one cannot become a Great Man (大人); no matter how small one's innate vessel may be, with effort, one can become a Great Man. Even this universe was created through My endless asceticism—that is, through My infinite 'effort.'"

"너희들의 마음속 깊은 곳, 즉 무의식의 세계에서는 누구나가 신(神)의 의식(意識)이 자리 잡고 있노라. 바로 그 신의 의식을 소위 '신성(神性)'이라고 하느니라. 그러나 너희들이 자신의 마음속 깊숙이 존재하고 있는 신의 의식을 각성시키려면 피눈물 나는 고행을 통해 노력하는 수밖에 달리 방법이 없느니라. 오직 그 마음이 일심이 되어야 너희들의 마음속 깊숙이 자리 잡고 있는 신의 의식이 각성이 될 것이다. 그리하여 신의 의식이 깨어나면 우주심(宇宙心)과 너희들의 신의 의식이 연결 되느니라. 그렇게 되면 그토록 불가능해 보였던 일들도 우주심의 도움으로 손쉽게 이루어지느니라."
"Deep within your hearts, in the realm of the subconscious, the Divine Consciousness dwells within everyone. This very consciousness of God is called 'Divinity' (神性). However, to awaken the Divine Consciousness that exists deep inside you, there is no other way but to strive through blood-tearing asceticism. Only when the mind becomes one (Single-mindedness) will the Divine Consciousness seated deep within you be awakened. Once the Divine Consciousness awakens, it connects with the Universal Mind. Then, things that seemed so impossible will be easily accomplished with the help of the Universal Mind."

"나는 어떤 존재가 이 우주에서 그 어느 세계에서 살고 있든 신이 될 수 있는 신성을 주었느니라. 비록 너희들의 세계가 끝없는 고(苦)의 세계인 고해계(苦海界)이나, 그 지닌 신성은 온 우주의 우주종족들과 똑같으며, 하나도 다를 바가 없노라. 너희들이 육도윤회를 하는 것은 내가 너희들을 미워해서가 아니라, 너희들로 하여금 장차 신이 되게 할 교육을 시키는 것이니라. 진리를 깨닫고 보면 천국도, 낙원도, 극락도 다 마음속에 있는 것이다. 자신의 마음속 깊숙이 내재하고 있는 신성을 깨달으면 그 자리가 바로 천국이요, 낙원이요, 극락이니라."
"I have bestowed upon every being, in whichever world of this universe they may live, the Divinity to become a God. Although your world is a realm of endless suffering—the Sea of Suffering—the Divinity you possess is identical to that of all cosmic races in the entire universe; it is in no way different. That you undergo the transmigration of the Six Realms is not because I hate you, but because I am training you to become Gods in the future. Once you realize the Truth, you will see that Heaven, Paradise, and the Pure Land are all within your mind. When you realize the Divinity inherent deep within your own heart, that very place is Heaven, Paradise, and the Pure Land."

"범죄를 저지르거나 혹은 악행을 하면 반드시 처벌을 받는다는 인식을 가져야 하느니라. 그리고 그러한 인식은 누구나가 신이 되기 이전에 반드시 갖추어야 할 무조건적인 사항이니라. 만약에 그러한 인식이 없는 자가 신이 된다면 이 우주는 엉망진창이 될 것이다."
"One must possess the awareness that committing a crime or an evil act inevitably leads to punishment. Such awareness is an unconditional requirement that everyone must attain before becoming a God. If one who lacks such awareness were to become a God, this universe would fall into utter chaos."

"너희들의 세계는 온통 번뇌 망상의 세계이니라. 그리고 번뇌 망상은 무서운 마음의 병이며, 이 번뇌 망상이 커지면 나중에 우울증에 걸리게 되고, 그렇게 되면 만사가 다 귀찮은 중증의 우울증에 걸리게 되는 것이다. 그리고 중증의 우울증에 걸리면 마침내 자살 하고야 마느니라. 마음속에서 번뇌 망상이 쳐들어오지 못하게 하는 유일한 길은 무엇이든 이루기 위해 일하고 또 노력하는 것이며, 또 필히 그렇게 해야 하느니라. 아무것도 아니하고 노는 자는 그 마음속에 번뇌 망상이라는 무서운 정신병이 침입하느니라."
"Your world is entirely a realm of worldly afflictions and delusions (Kleshas). These delusions are a fearsome sickness of the mind; if they grow, they eventually lead to depression, and then to a severe state where everything becomes a burden. In the grip of such severe depression, one finally resorts to suicide. The only way to prevent afflictions and delusions from invading your mind is to work and strive to achieve something; you must absolutely do so. Into the mind of one who idles and does nothing, the fearsome mental illness called 'delusion' will surely invade."

" 마음이 하나로 집중된 상태를 일심(一心)의 상태라고 하며, 번뇌 망상 등에 의해 마음의 집중력이 흐트러지고 산만한 상태를 이심(二心)의 상태라고 하느니라. 그리고 마음의 상태가 일심의 상태가 되면, 그 무서운 번뇌 망상에서 벗어날 수가 있는 것이다. 마음이 일심이 되게 하기 위해서는 만트라(주문)를 일심으로 외우든가, 화두를 일심으로 틀든가 하는 방법들이 있느니라."
"A state where the mind is focused as one is called the state of 'One-Mind', while a state where focus is scattered and distracted by worldly afflictions and delusions is called the state of 'Two-Minds'. When the state of your mind becomes that of One-Mind, you can escape from those fearsome afflictions and delusions. To achieve One-Mind, there are methods such as chanting a mantra with a single-hearted devotion or grappling with a Hwadu (spiritual Koan) with unwavering focus."

 

"너희 나라에 한국판 예수가 있느니라. 그 존재는 바로 수운 최제우이니라. 누구나 그의 마음속 깊은 곳에는 '나의 의식' 즉 '신(神)의 의식', 다시 말하면, '하나님의 의식'이 흐르고 있느니라. 그래서 '마음이 곧 태극'인 것이다."
"There is a Korean counterpart to Jesus in your nation. That being is none other than Su-un Choe Je-u. Within the depths of everyone’s heart flows 'My Consciousness'—that is, the 'Divine Consciousness,' or in other words, the 'Consciousness of God.' "진정한 지상천국, 지상낙원, 지상극락은 마음이 천국이요, 낙원이요, 극락이 되어야 이루어질 수가 있는 것이지 최고급의 의식주를 향유한다고 이루어지는 것은 아니니라. 그러나 언젠가 때가 되면 하늘이 사람을 내어 마음이 천국이요, 낙원이요, 극락인 그런 경지에 가게 하리라. 그래야만 진정한 지상천국, 지상낙원, 지상극락이 이루어 질 수가 있는 것이다."
"A true terrestrial heaven, paradise, and Pure Land can only be realized when the mind itself becomes heaven, paradise, and the Pure Land; it cannot be achieved simply by enjoying the highest quality of food, clothing, and shelter. However, when the time comes, Heaven will send forth a person to lead people to a state where their minds become heaven, paradise, and the Pure Land. Only then can the true terrestrial heaven, paradise, and Pure Land be established."

"신들도 일체의 모든 중생들이 신이 될 성품 즉 신성(神性)을 갖고 있다는 사실을 알고 있으며, 그리하여 자신이 중생들보다 더 높다는 생각을 하지 않느니라. 신들은 일체의 중생들을 볼 때에 단지 그 중생들을 어린 신(神)으로 보느니라."
"The Gods also know the fact that all sentient beings possess the nature to become a God—that is, Divinity (神性). Thus, they do not consider themselves superior to sentient beings. When the Gods look upon all sentient beings, they simply see them as 'infant Gods.'"
