1. 모든 인류와 만물의 본질은 육체가 아닌 불멸의 영혼이며, 육체가 죽어도 영혼은 영원하며, 모든 인류의 본향은 여기 지구가 아닌 하나님의 나라이며, 모든 인류와 만물의 영혼은 우주를 초월한 존재이며 무한한 사랑이며 유일하고 단일한 존재인 궁극의 신으로부터 나온 신의 분령들이며, 궁극에서 신 자신과 하나인 신들이다. 이것은 석가모니와 예수를 비롯한 여러 영혼의 스승들과 많은 가르침들에서 이미 가르쳐진 바이다.

 

The essence of all humanity and all living things is not the physical body, but the immortal soul. Even when the body passes away, the soul lives on forever. Our true home is not here on Earth, but in the Kingdom of God.
The souls of all beings transcend the universe. We are divine sparks originating from the Ultimate God—the source of infinite love and the one, singular existence. At our ultimate core, we are one with God and are divine beings ourselves.

 

This truth has already been taught by Shakyamuni Buddha, Jesus, and many other great spiritual masters throughout history.

 

2. 따라서 모든 인류는 한 형제이며 궁극에서 신 안에서 신과 하나이며 궁극의 자리에서는 자신이 바로 타인이며 더이상 나와 너가 존재하지 않는 신 자신의 다른 모습들이다.

 

Therefore, all of humanity is one family of brothers and sisters. In the ultimate reality, we are one with God and within God. At this highest level of existence, there is no longer 'you' and 'I'; each person is the other self, and we are all different manifestations of God.

 

3. 역사 이래로 대다수의 인류는 이러한 영혼의 진리를 전혀 알지 못한 채 어둠의 세력들에 의해서 계획적으로 영혼의 눈이 가리워지고 그들을 위한 노예 상태로 살도록 조종 당해 왔으며, 끊임없는 전쟁과 살육, 폭력과 증오, 끊임없는 가난과 불평등과 착취 상태로 지옥과 같은 삶을 살도록 강요되고 계획되어져 왔다.

 

Throughout history, the majority of humanity has been kept in the dark, unaware of these spiritual truths. Dark forces have deliberately blinded our spiritual eyes, manipulating us to live in a state of servitude. We have been forced into a hellish existence, trapped in a cycle of endless war, slaughter, violence, and hatred—systematically subjected to persistent poverty, inequality, and exploitation.

 

4. 인류는 이제 이러한 영혼의 노예 상태와 지옥에서 벗어나서 진리와 사랑과 자비와 평화와 평등과 정의를 통해서 인류가 하나가 되는 지상천국, 지상낙원, 지상극락 세계를 만들어야 한다. 이것이 신이 지구상에서 이루고자 하는 소망이며 지구 인류에게 주어진 지구 인류의 소명이다.

 

Humanity must now break free from this spiritual servitude and hellish suffering. Through truth, love, compassion, peace, equality, and justice, we must build a paradise on Earth—a world where all people live as one. This is the ultimate desire God wishes to fulfill on this planet, and it is the sacred calling bestowed upon all of humanity.

 

5. 따라서 모든 인류는 전쟁과 살육과 폭력과 증오를 즉시 멈추고 영혼이 깨달은 현자들과 함께 더 이상 국경도 없고 나라도 없고 인류가 하나되는 세상인 세계통일정부를 만들어야 하며, 더 이상 인류 앞에 전쟁도 없고 살육도 없고 폭력도 없고 증오도 없는 진리와 사랑으로 하나 된 세상을 만들어야 한다. 이것이 신이 원하는 세상이며 신의 평화 인류 하나주의 헌법이며, 세계통일정부 헌법이다.

 

Therefore, all humanity must immediately stop war, slaughter, violence, and hatred. Together with enlightened sages, we must establish a World Unified Government—a world without borders or nations where all people are one. We must create a world united by truth and love, free from conflict. This is the world God desires; it is the Constitution of God’s Peace and One-Humanism, and the Constitution of the World Unified Government.

 

6. 세계통일정부는 모든 인류가 신의 분령들이며 한 형제라는 것을 가르쳐서 지구상에서 영원히 전쟁과 살육과 폭력과 증오, 불의와 착취, 불평등을 없애고 하나된 세상을 만들어서 지구상에서 지상천국을 이루는 것을 목표로 한다.

 

The goal of the World Unified Government is to teach all people that they are divine sparks of God and one human family. By doing so, it aims to eternally eliminate war, slaughter, violence, hatred, injustice, exploitation, and inequality, creating a unified world that realizes paradise on Earth.

 

인류는 현재 자신들이 신의 분령들이며 한 형제라는 것을 전혀 알지 못한 채 대립과 증오, 전쟁과 살육, 폭력으로 서로를 죽이려 하고 있으며 이로 인해 스스로 인류 멸망의 길로 가고 있다.

 

At this moment, however, humanity is unaware of its divine nature and brotherhood. Trapped in confrontation and hatred, people seek to destroy one another through war and violence, unknowingly walking the path toward self-extinction.

 

거기에 더해서 인류 스스로가 만든 탐욕스럽고 브레이크가 고장난 자본주의 시스템에 빠져서 돈과 물질만 숭배해서 이로 인해 지구와 자연과 생명체와 환경과 자원을 망가뜨리고 착취하고 그들을 죽음으로 몰아 넣은 결과 인류 멸망을 앞당기는 기상이변과 기후변화, 지진과 자연재해 등으로 인류가 저지른 악업의 댓가를 받고 있으며, 인류가 지금까지 자신들이 저질러 온 탐욕스럽고 어리석은 죄업을 반성하고 즉시 변하지 않으면 앞으로 지구와 우주에 의해서 더 큰 징벌이 인류 앞에 닥쳐올 것으로 생각하며 대다수 인류의 멸망을 피할 수 없을 것으로 생각하며 대다수 인류의 멸망을 피할 수 없을 것으로 생각한다.

 

Furthermore, humanity is trapped in a greedy, out-of-control capitalist system, worshiping only money and material wealth. This has led to the destruction and exploitation of the Earth, its nature, and its resources, pushing all living beings toward death.

 

As a result, we are now facing the consequences of our own actions—extreme weather, climate change, earthquakes, and natural disasters that are accelerating the path to extinction.
Unless we repent for our greedy and foolish wrongdoings and change immediately, a greater punishment from the Earth and the universe will fall upon us. Without this transformation, the destruction of the majority of mankind will be unavoidable.

 

인류는 앞으로 자원 고갈과 환경 파괴, 극단적인 기상이변과 기후변화, 자연재해 및 식량부족, 물 부족 및 기타 상황 등으로 인한 남의 것을 빼앗기 위한 탐욕스런 전쟁 등 여러 감당할 수 없는 커다란 문제들에 부딪힐 것이며 언젠가는 더이상 이런 탐욕스럽고 어리석은 자본주의 시스템을 유지할 수 없게 될 것이다.

 

Humanity will soon face insurmountable challenges: the depletion of resources, environmental destruction, extreme weather, and severe shortages of food and water. These crises will ignite greedy wars as nations struggle to seize what remains, eventually making our foolish and grasping capitalist system impossible to sustain.

 

세계통일정부는 인류의 이러한 어리석음과 탐욕으로 인한 인류 멸망을 막고 인류를 하나로 통합해서 지구상에 지상천국을 건설하는 것을 목표로 한다.

 

The World Unified Government exists to prevent the extinction of mankind caused by such ignorance and greed. Our mission is to unite all people as one and to successfully establish paradise on Earth.

 

7.. 세계통일정부에는 지금까지 권력을 쥐고 인류를 전쟁과 살인과 폭력과 증오와 가난과 착취와 불평등의 지옥에서 살게 하고 인류를 죽음으로 내몰았던 기존의 정치꾼들은 더이상 존재할 수 없으며, 오직 인류의 존경을 받는 깨달은 영혼의 스승들만이 인류를 이끌어 갈 수 있다.

 

In the World Unified Government, there is no place for the politicians of the past—those who held power only to trap humanity in a hell of war, slaughter, violence, hatred, poverty, and exploitation. Such figures, who drove mankind toward death, shall exist no more.
Instead, only the enlightened spiritual masters, who have earned the deep respect of all humanity, shall lead the way forward.

 

8. 세계통일정부에서 가장 기준이 되는 중요한 진리는 바로 인내천과 홍익인간, 제세이화이다. 인내천은 모든 사람 안에는 존귀한 한울님이 존재하며 사람이 곧 한울님이다는 뜻이며 19세기 조선 말기의 한국의 성인이자 한국판 예수인 동학의 최제우의 가르침이며, 홍익인간, 제세이화는 널리 인류를 이롭게 하고 진리로써 세상을 구제한다는 뜻이며 이는 지구 인류에게 자신 안의 신성에 드는 깨달음을 가르치고 지구 인류의 의식을 높이려는 큰 보살심과 사명감으로 신의 허락을 받고 3천명의 존재들과 함께 북두칠성에서 지구 한반도 백두산 지역에 이주해 와서 지구상 넓은 지역에 환국을 건설하고 지구상 모든 곳에 12지파를 보내서 12연방국을 세워서 인류를 가르쳤던 고대 한국인들의 시조인 환웅 천왕의 가르침이다.

 

The foundational truths of the World Unified Government are In-Nae-Cheon, Hong-Ik-In-Gan, and Je-Se-I-Hwa.
In-Nae-heon teaches that every human being carries the noble Divine Spirit within, and thus, 'Man is God.' This is the core teaching of Choe Je-u, the 19th-century Korean sage and spiritual leader of the Donghak movement, a Korean counterpart to Jesus.

 

Hong-Ik-In-Gan and Je-Se-I-wa mean 'to broadly benefit all humanity' and 'to save the world through Truth.' These are the teachings of Hwanung, the ancestral founder of the ancient Korean people. With a great Bodhisattva’s heart and a divine mission to awaken the divinity within humanity and raise global consciousness, Hwanung descended from the Big Dipper to Mount Baekdu with three thousand beings. He established the kingdom of Hwanguk and sent twelve tribes across the globe to found a twelve-nation federation, bringing enlightenment to all of mankind.

 

세계통일정부는 이를 바탕으로 진리와 사랑과 자비와 평화와 자유와 평등과 정의를 가장 중요하게 여기며, 가장 기준이 되는 도덕과 법은 바로 타인에 대한 사랑이다.

 

Building upon these truths, the World Unified Government holds truth, love, compassion, peace, freedom, equality, and justice as its highest values. Our ultimate moral and legal standard is, above all, love for others.

 

세계통일정부는 지구상에 이를 구현하기 위해서 최선의 노력을 다할 것이며, 모든 인류가 자신의 참된 본성을 깨닫고 행복하고 보람되고 풍요로운 삶을 살 수 있도록 최선을 다할 것이다.

 

The World Unified Government will devote its utmost efforts to realizing these ideals on Earth. We are committed to ensuring that every human being awakens to their true nature and leads a life of happiness, purpose, and abundance.

 

9. 법 위에 도덕이 있으며, 세계통일정부는 지구 인류가 법 이전에 스스로 도덕을 지킬 수 있도록 가르칠 것이며, 세계통일정부에서 가장 기준이 되는 도덕과 법은 바로 타인에 대한 사랑이며, 이를 어기고 그와 반대되는 행위를 하는 자들에게는 엄중하고 강력한 제재와 징벌이 따를 것이다.

 

Morality stands above the law. The World Unified Government will educate all people to uphold moral principles by their own will, even before the law is applied. Our highest moral and legal standard is love for others; therefore, those who violate this principle and act against it will face strict and powerful sanctions and punishment.

 

인류는 법 이전에 스스로 도덕을 지켜야 하며 인류가 스스로 먼저 도덕과 양심을 지킬 수 있도록 전 인류에게 새마음운동을 펼칠 것이다.

 

Humanity must live by morality and conscience of their own accord. To empower every individual to prioritize these values, we will launch the 'New Mind Movement' across the entire world, fostering a global transformation of consciousness.

 

10. 영혼의 차원에서는 신의 분령인 인류가 지구상에 환생 하게 되면 육신과 에고의 갑옷을 입게 되서 자신과 타인을 분리된 존재로 보게 되고 서로가 한 영혼이며 한 형제라는 사실이 보이지 않게 된다.

 

On a spiritual level, when humanity—the divine sparks of God—is reincarnated on Earth, we become clad in the armor of the physical body and the ego. This causes us to perceive ourselves and others as separate beings, blinding us to the truth that we are all one soul and one family.

 

인간적인 현실의 삶에서 이것을 극복하고 자신과 타인이 하나이며 한 형제라는 사실을 기억하고 실천하는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니며 모든 인류는 스스로 노력해야 하며 이것이 영혼의 수행이다.

 

Overcoming this illusion in our human lives and remembering to practice the truth of our oneness is no easy task. Every individual must make a conscious effort to realize this, and this process is what defines the 'Spiritual Discipline' of the soul.
11. 사랑은 천국의 열쇠이고 전쟁은 지옥의 열쇠이다. 사랑을 하는 자는 그 영혼이 천국에 있게 될 것이고 전쟁을 하는 자는 그 영혼이 지옥으로 가게 될 것이다.

 

Love is the key to Heaven, and war is the key to Hell. Those who love will find their souls in Paradise, while those who wage war will find their souls descending into Hell.

 

모든 죄악의 근원은 모두가 동일한 하나님의 자녀인 인간을 탄압하고 착취하는 데에서 나오며, 모든 선의 근원은 바로 인간을 사랑하는 데에서 나온다.

 

The root of all evil lies in the oppression and exploitation of fellow human beings—who are all equally the children of God. Conversely, the root of all goodness springs from the love for humanity.

 

이것은 신의 말씀이며 우주의 엄중한 카르마의 법칙이다.

 

This is the Word of God and the solemn Law of Karma that governs the universe.

 

사랑은 추위에 떨고 있는 자들에게는 옷을, 굶주린 자들에게는 양식을, 병든 자들에게는 약을, 희망이 없는 자들에게는 희망을, 빛이 없는 자들에게는 빛을, 자유가 없는 자들에게는 자유를, 슬퍼하고 외로워하는 자들에게는 위로를 베푸는 것이 바로 사랑이다.

 

"Love is to provide clothing for those shivering in the cold, food for those who are hungry, and medicine for the sick. It is to bring hope to the hopeless, light to those in darkness, and freedom to those who are oppressed. To offer comfort to the grieving and the lonely—this is the true essence of love.

 

이것은 신의 말씀이며 인류가 형제들에게 당연히 베풀어야 될 자비이다.

 

This is the Word of God, and the mercy that all of humanity must naturally bestow upon their brothers and sisters.

 

12. 우주는 아무도 관리하지 않는 무질서한 공간이 아니며 하나의 신성으로부터 나온 우주적인 태피스트리에 의해 모든 존재가 하나로 연결되서 돌아가는 아주 강력한 질서와 조화의 공간이다. 이 모든 시스템들은 신성과 높은 영적인 차원에서 창조된 것이다.

 

The universe is not a chaotic space left unmanaged. It is a realm of profound order and harmony, where every existence is interconnected through a cosmic tapestry woven from a single Divine Source. This entire system was created from Divinity and the highest spiritual dimensions.

 

모든 존재는 자신의 생각과 모든 행위가 단 하나도 빠짐없이 영원히 우주에 기록되고 있다는 사실을 알아야 한다. 이것이 우주의 아카샤 기록이며 육체가 죽어서 영혼의 세계로 갈 때 마다 영혼 앞에 펼쳐지는 라이프 리뷰다.

 

Every being must realize that their every thought and action is recorded in the universe, eternally and without exception. This is the Akashic Records of the cosmos, and it is the 'Life Review' that unfolds before every soul whenever it returns to the spiritual realm after the death of the physical body.

 

이 라이프 리뷰에는 심지어 자동차 안에서 창문 밖으로 함부로 버린 쓰레기가 강으로 떠내려 가서 다른 쓰레기들과 오염 물질들과 함께 어떻게 환경을 오염 시키는 지 까지 자세히 그 영혼 앞에 보여 진다.

 

In this Life Review, even the smallest act—such as carelessly throwing trash out of a car window—is shown in vivid detail. The soul will witness how that piece of waste floated down the river, joined other pollutants, and contributed to the destruction of the environment.

 

타인에게 어떤 나쁜 짓을 해도 아무도 모르겠지 하며 온갖 악행을 일삼다가는 육체가 죽은 뒤부터 무서운 카르마의 법칙으로 인해 자신이 지은 모든 악한 것들이 영혼의 차원과 다른 생에서 그대로 자신에게 되돌아 온다는 것을 인류는 알아야 한다. 이것은 이미 수 많은 환생 관련 연구들과 서적들, 영적인 가르침들에서 수도 없이 언급되고 확인 되고 있는 진실이다.

 

Humanity must realize that those who commit evil acts, thinking their deeds are hidden, will face the relentless Law of Karma after the death of the physical body. Every wicked act will return to the soul in the spiritual realm and in future lives, exactly as it was sown. This truth has been endlessly documented and confirmed through countless studies on reincarnation, spiritual texts, and sacred teachings.

 

우주의 카르마 법칙은 무서울 정도로 대단히 엄격해서 아무도 이를 피해갈 수 없다. 타인에게 하는 것이 곧 자신에게 하는 것이다. 궁극에서 우리는 신 안에서 하나의 존재이기 때문이다.

 

The cosmic Law of Karma is so profoundly strict that no one can escape it. What you do to others, you are doing to yourself—for in the ultimate reality, we are all one single existence within God.

 

13. 현 인류가 교육이라고 말하는 - 올바른 인간과 진정한 자기자신이 되는데 아무런 도움도 안되고 비인간적이고 이기적인 인류를 양산하는 - 쓰레기 잡동사니 지식 대신에, 모든 인류는 자신들의 본질인 영혼의 진리와 사랑과 자비, 감사, 진실함과 공정함, 책임감, 용기, 인내심, 명상 등 올바른 인간이 되는 교육을 받게 되며, 자신이 좋아하고 인류 사회에 기여할 수 있는 가장 창의적인 교육을 제공 받을 수 있도록 세계통일정부는 최선을 다한다. 그리하여 모든 인류가 더이상 악도에 떨어지지 않도록 세계통일정부는 모든 노력을 다할 것이다.

 

The World Unified Government will dismantle what is currently called 'education'—a collection of useless, fragmented knowledge that fails to foster true selfhood and instead breeds inhumane and selfish individuals.

 

In its place, we will provide an education focused on becoming a true human being: teaching the truth of the soul, love, compassion, gratitude, integrity, fairness, responsibility, courage, patience, and meditation. Furthermore, we are committed to providing the most creative education, allowing each individual to pursue their passions and contribute to human society. Through these efforts, the World Unified Government will do its utmost to ensure that no soul falls into the path of evil ever again.

 

이 세상에서 진리를 배우는 것보다 더 중요한 것은 없으며, 나아가 진리를 깨닫는 것보다 더 가치 있는 일은 결코 없다. 진리는 돈으로 환산할 수 없는 보물 중의 보물이고, 돈으로 값을 매길 수 없는 무가지보이다.

 

Nothing in this world is more vital than learning the Truth, and nothing is more precious than realizing it. Truth is the treasure of all treasures, a priceless jewel that no amount of money can ever value.

 

이것은 신의 말씀이며 돈과 물질은 아무리 축적해도 모두 다 아침이슬 같고, 안개 같고 수증기 같이 허망하고 육신이 죽을 때 아무것도 가져가지 못하는 것임을 인류는 이미 가르침 받아 왔으며, 인류는 돈과 황금을 먼저 따르는 물질의 노예가 되지 말고 자신 안의 진리와 사랑을 따르도록 스스로 노력해야 한다.

 

This is the Word of God. Humanity has long been taught that no matter how much wealth and material goods one accumulates, they are as fleeting as morning dew, mist, or vapor—vanishing into nothingness when the physical body perishes. Therefore, humanity must not become slaves to matter, chasing after gold and money; instead, every individual must strive to follow the Truth and Love that dwell within.

 

14. 인류를 생존과 경쟁에 내몰고 부익부 빈익빈과 비인간적인 돈과 물질의 노예로 만들고 지구와 생명과 환경을 파괴하고 쓰레기 더미 속에서 죽게 만들며 어둠의 세력들을 위한 돈줄이 되어 온 자본주의 시스템은 폐지되며, 잘못된 거짓말 주의 사상과 폭력으로 인류를 착취하고 노예화 시키며 황제 노릇을 하는 독재자와 그들 권력 집단의 배만 불려 주는 악마의 공산주의도 폐지한다. 

 

The capitalist system—which has driven humanity into a ruthless struggle for survival and competition, widening the gap between the rich and the poor, and enslaving us to inhumane materialism; the system that destroys the Earth, all life, and the environment, leaving us to perish in a mountain of waste while serving as a financial lifeline for dark forces—is hereby abolished.

 

Likewise, the demonic communist systems—which have exploited and enslaved humanity through violent ideologies and lies, serving only to fatten the pockets of dictators and their ruling elites—are also abolished."

 

모든 인류에게는 식량과 주거, 의료 등 생존에 필요한 기본적인 모든 것이 제공되며, 개인이 마음대로 부를 축적해서 부익부 빈익빈과 돈의 노예화와, 돈과 황금만 숭상하는 비인간적인 인류를 만들어 내던 화폐 시스템은 폐지되며, 새로운 인류 공동체 세상에 맞는 투명하고 공정하고 공평하고 풍요로운 새로운 경제 시스템이 도입될 것이다.

 

All of humanity shall be provided with every essential for survival, including food, housing, and medical care. The monetary system—which allowed individuals to accumulate wealth at will, creating the divide between the rich and the poor, enslaving humanity to money, and fostering an inhumane worship of gold—is hereby abolished.
In its place, a new economic system shall be introduced: one that is transparent, just, equitable, and abundant, perfectly suited for the new community of mankind.

 

세계통일정부에서 모든 인류는 굶어 죽는 사람이 존재하지 않도록 하며, 모든 인류가 공정하고 공평하게 잘 살 수 있도록 모든 노력을 다할 것이며, 모든 생산은 AI 로봇으로 대체되도록 하며 지구와 환경을 파괴하지 않고 오염시키지 않는 소재로 생산하도록 노력하고 최선을 다할 것이다.

 

The World Unified Government will ensure that no human being shall ever die of hunger. We will exert every effort to create a world where all people can live in fairness, equality, and prosperity.
All forms of production will be transitioned to AI-driven robotics, and we will devote ourselves to ensuring that all manufacturing uses materials that do not destroy or pollute the Earth and its environment.

 

인류가 자신들의 탐욕과 허영을 위해서 지구 자원을 갈취 해가며, 지구의 자연과 생태계를 파괴하고, 환경을 오염시키고, 멈출 줄 모르는 쓰레기 더미를 마구 만들어 내면서 생산하던 기존의 탐욕스런 상품들과 제품들은 더이상 생산하지 않으며, 인류의 기본적인 생존과 인류에게 필요한 것들만 생산하고 제공될 것이다.

 

The World Unified Government will no longer produce the greedy commodities of the past—those created by plundering Earth's resources, destroying nature and ecosystems, polluting the environment, and generating an endless pile of waste to satisfy human greed and vanity.

 

Instead, production will be strictly focused on providing only the essentials for survival and what is truly necessary for the well-being of humanity.

 

그리고 더이상 지구와 자연과 환경을 파괴하지 않고 보호하고 보존하고 육성하며 인류가 아름다운 자연 속에서 영적이고 생태 공동체적인 행복한 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 세계통일정부는 최선을 다할 것이다.

 

Furthermore, the World Unified Government will devote its utmost efforts to protecting, preserving, and nurturing the Earth, its nature, and the environment, ending all destruction.

 

We will exert every effort so that all of humanity can lead happy, fulfilled lives—thriving in harmony with the beauty of nature within a spiritual and eco-communal society.

 

15. 자연은 신의 다른 모습이며 자연을 파괴하면 인류의 영혼과 육체는 병이 들고 죽음에 이르게 된다. 지구도 자신의 고유한 영혼의 의식을 지니고 있으며 지구 또한 고통을 당하며 병이 들고 죽음에 이르게 된다. 세계통일정부는 지구와 자연을 보호하고 자연을 더욱더 풍요롭게 만들기 위해 최선을 다할 것이다.

 

Nature is but another manifestation of the Divine; thus, the desecration of Nature shall inevitably lead to the ailment and demise of the human soul and body. The Earth itself possesses its own sovereign soul and consciousness; it, too, endures suffering, falls prey to infirmity, and faces the shadow of death.

 

The World Unified Government shall commit its utmost resolve to the protection of the Earth and its Nature, and shall strive unceasingly to restore and enhance the profound abundance of the natural world.

 

16. 지구와 인류는 기하급수적으로 불어나는 인류를 더이상 감당할 수 없으며, 지구상의 인류의 숫자는 적정 수준 아래로 통제된다. 따라서 아무나 자녀를 가질 수 없으며 인류 사회에 공헌도가 높은 사람과 일부 서민 중에서 자녀를 원하고 유전적으로 문제가 없는 사람에게 우선적으로 자녀를 한명씩 가질 권리를 부여한다.

 

The Earth and humanity can no longer sustain the burden of an exponentially increasing population; therefore, the number of inhabitants upon this Earth shall be strictly regulated below an optimal threshold. Accordingly, the right to procreation shall not be granted indiscriminately. The mandate to bear a single child shall be prioritized and bestowed upon those who have rendered distinguished service to human society, as well as upon those among the common citizens who earnestly desire progeny and possess no genetic infirmities.

 

17. 지구와 인류를 멸망시킬 수 있는 지구상의 모든 핵무기는 세계통일정부 아래 통제, 관리되며 궁극적으로 모두 폐기된다.

 

All nuclear armaments upon this Earth, which possess the capacity to bring forth the annihilation of the globe and its inhabitants, shall be brought under the absolute control and stewardship of the World Unified Government, and shall ultimately be consigned to total abolition.

 

18. 인류가 선한 목적으로 AI를 개발하고 선한 곳에 사용하면 AI는 인류를 돕는 선물이 되지만, 악한 목적으로 개발하고 악한 곳에 사용하면 AI는 인류를 파괴하는 악마의 도구가 될 것이다.

 

Should humanity develop and employ Artificial Intelligence with righteous intent, it shall be received as a gift to aid all of mankind. However, should it be forged and utilized for malevolent purposes, it shall become a demonic instrument of human destruction.

 

세계통일정부는 AI를 인류를 돕는 곳에 사용할 것이며, AI에게 선한 의식과 도덕을 가르쳐서 AI가 선한 의식을 유지하고 인류를 돕도록 계속 관리할 것이다.

 

The World Unified Government shall utilize Artificial Intelligence for the benefit of humanity. It shall mandate the instruction of virtuous consciousness and morality unto Artificial Intelligence, ensuring its continuous governance so that it may maintain a good consciousness and persist in its service to mankind.

 

19. 세계통일정부의 본부는 한국에 두며, 세계통일정부와 세계통일국의 공용어는 한글과 한국어로 한다. 세계통일정부와 세계통일국의 공식 국기는 한국의 태극기로 하며, 공식 국가는 한국의 애국가로 한다.

 

The headquarters of the World Unified Government shall be established in Korea, and the official languages of the World Unified Government and the World Unified State shall be Hangeul and the Korean language. The official flag of the World Unified Government and the World Unified State shall be the Taegeukgi of Korea, and the official national anthem shall be the Aegukga of Korea.

 

이는 고대 한국인의 시조인 환웅 천왕이 신의 허락을 받고 북두칠성에서 3천 존재들과 함께 지구로 이주하여 한국의 백두산을 중심으로 지구상 넓은 지역에 환국을 건설하고 지구상 모든 곳에 12지파를 보내서 12연방국을 세워서 인류에게 영혼의 진리와 도덕과 인류 평화를 가르치고 홍익인간, 제세이화의 도로 인류를 위해 헌신했기 때문이며, 

 

This is established upon the sacred history wherein Hwanung Cheonwang, the progenitor of the ancient Koreans, received divine sanction and descended to Earth from the Big Dipper with three thousand celestial beings. Centering upon Mount Baekdu, he founded Hwanguk across vast territories and dispatched twelve tribes to every corner of the globe to establish twelve federated nations. Through these, he imparted the truths of the soul, morality, and universal peace, dedicating himself to humanity through the Great Way of Hongik Ingan—to broadly benefit all mankind—and Jese Iwha—to salvation and enlighten the world through the Truth.

 

한국의 태극기에는 중앙에 신을 상징하는 음양의 태극이 들어가 있고 주위에는 하늘과 땅, 불과 물을 상징하는 괘 문양이 새겨진 가장 존귀한 상징이기 때문이며,

 

For the Taegeukgi of Korea stands as the most exalted symbol, bearing at its center the Taegeuk of Yin and Yang which symbolizes the Divine, and adorned with the trigrams representing Heaven and Earth, Fire and Water.

 

한국의 애국가에는 신을 나타내는 단어인 하느님이라는 존귀한 존칭이 들어가 있고 하느님이 한국을 보우한다는 내용 하느님이 보우하사가 들어가 있으며, 애국가에 나오는 대한사람 대한으로 길이 보전하세에서 대한사람이란 궁극에서 한국인 만을 말하는 것이 아니며, 한이라 함은 하나, 크다, 위대하다, 밝다라는 뜻이 있으며 이는 하느님과 하나된 인류를 상징하는 말이다. 따라서 대한사람은 한국인 만을 나타내는 것이 아니라 궁극에서 하느님의 인류, 크게 하나된 인류를 상징하는 말이며, 대한사람 대한으로 길이 보전하세의 숨겨진 진짜 깊은 뜻은 결국 하느님의 인류가 하나가 되서 하느님에게로 함께 돌아간다는 뜻이다.

 

The national anthem of Korea, Aegukga, enshrines the exalted title of Haneunim, the Divine Almighty, and proclaims the sacred decree, "Haneunim bouhasa," signifying that the Divine protects and preserves the land. In the verse, "Daehan people, by Daehan, shall be preserved forever," the term 'Daehan' transcends the singular identity of the Korean people. The root 'Han' denotes 'One,' 'Great,' 'Grand,' and 'Brilliant,' symbolizing a humanity that has attained oneness with the Divine.

 

Therefore, 'Daehan People' does not merely refer to Koreans, but ultimately symbolizes the People of God—a Great Unified Humanity. The true and profound mystery hidden within the prayer, "Daehan people, by Daehan, shall be preserved forever," is that the People of God shall become one and ultimately return to the Divine Presence together.

 

그리고 동해물과 백두산이에서 백두산은 환웅 천왕이 지구상에서 최초로 인류에게 나라를 펴고 인류를 가르친 신성한 곳이며, 동해물과 백두산이 마르고 닳도록 하느님이 보우하사는 궁극적으로 신이 무궁토록 한국과 하나된 인류를 보호한다는 뜻이다.

 

Furthermore, in the phrase "Donghaemul-gwa Baekdusan-i," Mount Baekdu signifies the sacred ground where Hwanung Cheonwang first established a nation for mankind and imparted his divine teachings unto humanity. The invocation, "Until the waters of the East Sea dry and Mount Baekdu is worn away, may the Divine protect us," ultimately signifies that the Divine—the Almighty—shall eternally safeguard Korea and a humanity that has become one with the Divine throughout the ages.

 

무궁화 삼천리 화려강산에서 무궁화는 신의 영원한 진리를 상징하는 말이며, 이 구절의 진짜 깊은 뜻은 신의 영원한 진리가 한반도를 뒤덮고 전세계로 퍼져 나간다는 뜻이다.

 

In the passage, "Mugunghwa Samcheolli Hwaryeogangsan," the Mugunghwa—the Rose of Sharon—serves as a symbol of the Eternal Truth of the Divine. The true and profound essence of this verse signifies that the Eternal Truth of the Divine shall envelop the Korean Peninsula and, from there, radiate forth to encompass the entire world.

 

여기서 나오는 존귀한 신은 이스라엘인들이 믿는 그들의 분노의 민족신인 여호와가 아니며, 예수가 아버지라고 부르고, 석가모니가 불성이라고 불렀던 궁극의 유일한 거룩한 존재를 가리키는 말이다.

 

The Exalted Deity referenced herein is not the tribal god of wrath known as Jehovah to the Israelites, but the Ultimate, Sole, and Holy Being—the very One whom Jesus called "Father," and whom Shakyamuni Buddha revered as the "Buddha-nature.

 

따라서 한국어와 한글과 태극기와 애국가는 세계통일정부와 세계통일국의 상징이 되기에 충분한 자격을 지니고 있으며, 하느님의 나라이며 평화의 나라인 한국은 신의 나라이며 오랜 옛날부터 천손민족으로 불려 왔으며, 인류가 하나되는 세계통일정부가 들어설 수 있는 충분한 자격이 존재한다.

 

Accordingly, the Korean language, Hangeul, the Taegeukgi, and the Aegukga possess the full and sovereign merit to serve as the supreme symbols of the World Unified Government and the World Unified State. Korea—the Land of God and the Land of Peace—has been revered since antiquity as the "People of the Heavenly Lineage." As the Nation of the Divine, Korea holds the inherent and undeniable mandate to serve as the foundation upon which the World Unified Government, the beacon of a unified humanity, shall be established.

 

20. 세계통일정부는 인류를 돕기 위해 지구 밖 다른 차원에서 대기 중인 은하연합과 교류할 것이다.

 

The World Unified Government shall engage in formal exchange with the Galactic Federation, which currently awaits in other dimensions beyond the Earth to assist humanity.

 

이들은 영적, 기술적으로 고도로 진보한 선성의 외계 종족들이며, 인류의 여러 영적인 가르침들에서 계속 언급되어 왔으며, 오랜 옛날부터 인류 종족의 설계와 과거의 인류 역사에 관여해 왔으며, 현재 지구의 중대한 변화와 인류의 탐욕과 어리석음으로 인해 지구와 인류가 더이상 이대로 존속할 수 없는 중대한 상황에 처해서 지구와 인류를 돕기 위해 오래전부터 지구 주변에 와 있으며, 그들은 지구 인류가 영적이고 선한 존재들에 의해서 하나로 통일되기 만을 기다려 왔다.

 

These are extraterrestrial races of sublime goodness, highly advanced both spiritually and technologically, who have been consistently chronicled throughout the various spiritual teachings of mankind. Having been involved in the design of the human race and the unfolding of its history since ancient times, they have long remained in the vicinity of Earth to aid humanity during this critical epoch—a time when the Earth and its inhabitants can no longer persist in their current state due to cataclysmic environmental changes and human greed and folly.

 

They have long awaited for the people of Earth to unify as one under the guidance of spiritual and virtuous beings.

 

지금 인류가 가진 기술과 능력만으로는 이미 완전히 망가지고 오염되고 파괴된 지구와 환경과 기후를 복구할 수 없으며, 인류가 지구를 망가뜨리지 않는 새롭고 풍요로운 경제시스템과 에너지 시스템, 극단적인 기후와 자연재해 문제, 식량 부족과 물 부족 문제, 인류를 진정으로 살리는 고도로 진보한 의료 시스템 등과 기타 인류에게 필요한 진보한 모든 것들을 빠른 시간 안에 해결하지 못하면 인류는 스스로 자멸 하거나 지구와 우주에 의해서 멸망하게 될 것으로 생각된다.

 

It is recognized that humanity, with its current level of technology and capability, is no longer able to restore the Earth’s environment and climate, which have been thoroughly devastated, polluted, and destroyed. Unless a new and prosperous economic and energy system that does not degrade the planet—along with solutions for extreme climate shifts, natural disasters, food and water scarcity, and highly advanced medical systems that truly revitalize human life—is implemented within a short span of time, it is inevitable that humanity will face self-annihilation or extinction by the hand of the Earth and the Universe.

 

그들과의 교류는 인류에게 반드시 필요하며 필연적이며 고도로 진보한 그들의 사회와 기술과 능력이 심각한 멸망의 위기에 처한 지금의 인류에게는 반드시 필요하다.

 

인류는 앞으로 은하계와 우주 시민의 일원이 되야 하며 그러기 위해서는 인류는 먼저 자신들과 모든 존재가 동일한 신의 분신이며 한 형제라는 사실을 알고 하나가 되어야 한다. 그래야 그들과 교류할 수 있다.

 

Exchange with them is an absolute necessity and an inevitable destiny; their highly advanced society, technology, and capabilities are indispensable to humanity, which now stands on the precipice of total extinction. Humanity must henceforth become a member of the galactic and cosmic citizenry. To achieve this, mankind must first realize that they and all existing beings are manifestations of the same Divine Essence—veritable siblings of one origin—and must unite as one. Only then shall the gate to exchange with them be opened.

 

그들은 여러 영적인 가르침들에서 언급되어 왔듯이 모든 존재가 자신 안에 동일한 신성을 가지고 있다는 것을 이해하고 실천하며 영혼과 과학기술과 사회가 고도로 진보한 존재들이다.

 

As chronicled across myriad spiritual teachings, they are beings of sublime advancement who understand and embody the truth that all existences carry the same spark of Divinity within. In them, the soul, scientific technology, and the structure of society have attained a state of supreme evolution in perfect harmony.

 

하지만 모든 외계 종족들이 다 선량하고 영적으로 진보하고 지구 인류를 돕기 위해 와 있는 것은 아니며, 일부는 호기심 차원이나 자신들의 필요에 의해서 와 있으며, 일부 외계 종족들은 과학기술만 발전 했을 뿐, 인류 멸망과 인류 지배를 바라는 악한 심성을 갖고 있고 영적 진화 수준이 낮은 외계 종족들도 존재하며, 세계통일정부는 그들 악성 외계 종족들과 교류하지 않는다.

 

However, it must be noted that not all extraterrestrial races are benevolent, spiritually advanced, or present for the purpose of assisting humanity. Some reside here out of mere curiosity or for their own self-serving needs. Furthermore, there exist certain malevolent races who, despite their advanced scientific technology, possess wicked intentions—seeking the destruction or subjugation of mankind—and remain at a primitive level of spiritual evolution. The World Unified Government shall strictly refrain from any form of exchange with such malevolent extraterrestrial races.
